Construction Documents Phase / Final Blueprints

We will provide Construction Documents based on the approved Design Development Documents and the updated budget.  The detailed requirements for your project will be defined to a point where Contractors can provide you with a firm Bid Price, and construct your facility to exact specifications.

Construction Documents will consist of drawings, commonly referred to as blueprints, and specifications.  The drawings detail in graphic nature the quantity, size and relationship of each building component.  The specifications set forth the level quality.

During this time, we will develop bidding and procurement information which will describe the time, place and conditions of bidding.  This information will be compiled with the specifications to create the “Project Manual”.  A copy of this manual will be given to all bidders along with the blueprints to assure that all parties are bidding on the same information.
