Schematic Design Phase / Rough Sketches

During the Schematic Design Phase, you will see your Program expressed through a series of rough sketches known as Schematic Designs.  These drawings will show a general arrangement of rooms, what the exterior of the building may look like, and how your facility may sit on the site.  On some projects, we will construct scale models or electronic computer models to help visualize the project.  This information, along with a cost estimate will be presented for approval before moving on to the next step.
