Company HistoryAAI was founded in 1979 as Architectural and Engineering Design Group by a merger of Dickson, Dickson & Bullock (est. 1950) and Hay & Associates (est. 1973). In 1994, A&E Design Group merged with George Ingram & Associates to form Architectural Alliance Incorporated. In 2000, Ron Jones, AIA merged with AAI to form the company as it exists today.
